Data Scientist – Generative AI & Agentic AI

About the role

We are looking for a curious and motivated Data Scientist to join our AI team. In this role, you will design and develop data-driven applications using machine learning, Generative AI, large language models, and Agentic AI frameworks. You will work on practical business use cases such as AI assistants, autonomous agents, retrieval-augmented generation systems, document intelligence, workflow automation, predictive models, and decision-support solutions. This opportunity is suitable for fresh graduates with strong AI or data science projects, as well as professionals with up to five years of relevant experience. You will collaborate with developers, product teams, and business stakeholders to take AI solutions from experimentation to production.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, test, and deploy machine learning and Generative AI solutions
• Build AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, tool use, and multi-step task execution
• Develop retrieval-augmented generation pipelines using structured and unstructured data
• Create and optimize prompts, system instructions, tools, memory, and agent workflows
• Evaluate large language model outputs for accuracy, relevance, safety, and reliability
• Build data pipelines for collecting, cleaning, transforming, and analyzing data
• Develop predictive models using supervised and unsupervised machine learning techniques
• Integrate large language models with databases, APIs, search systems, and business applications
• Create prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions for AI-powered products
• Apply embeddings and vector search to document retrieval and knowledge applications
• Monitor model performance, identify quality issues, and improve production AI systems
• Write clean, maintainable, tested, and well-documented Python code
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to understand requirements
• Communicate technical findings and model results to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Research emerging developments in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and machine learning
• Follow responsible AI, information security, privacy, and data governance practices

What we're looking for

• Zero to five years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Generative AI, or a related field
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Understanding of statistics, probability, linear algebra, and machine learning fundamentals
• Experience with data analysis libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn
• Knowledge of machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Practical understanding of large language models, prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector search
• Familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation and document-processing workflows
• Exposure to Agentic AI concepts such as planning, tool calling, memory, reflection, and multi-agent coordination
• Familiarity with an agent or LLM application framework such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or an equivalent technology
• Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, Git, and relational or NoSQL databases
• Ability to evaluate AI outputs and identify hallucinations, bias, security risks, and quality issues
• Good analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to learn new technologies and work collaboratively in a fast-moving environment
